Confidently embark on this collective journey under the guidance of two Nutrition & Wellness experts.
Ben (left) holds a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and Metabolism from UT Austin. He is a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, a Retreat Leader, and has been experimenting with fasting for over 10 years.
Thilo (right) teaches Nutrition Therapy in Berlin, and has been working for a laboratory and institute for clinical nutrition and immuno diagnostics. As a gut, brain, and microbiome expert, he developed his own pre and pro-biotic products.
